In this section we collect the information about
the field and lab analysis methods, about the quality assurance (QA) for the
project and about the permits and law constraint to which the project is
subject. Southern DataStream participate to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Quality Assurance (QA) Program. Briefly the QA program requires two types of quality control certifications: - A Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) that specifies all sampling and analysis protocols and quality control measures needed to meet the stated project quality objectives. - And a Comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan (CompQAP) for all the companies involved in projects that require a QAPP. I have been working on the requirement to meet the program’s quality standard and to get a Comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan (CompQAP) Certification for Southern DataStream. I submitted the digital application form on may 24,2001. In this pages I will briefly explain how the CompQAP works, where and how to get more information and which are the procedures we adopt to meet the QA requirements. > Submitting
