CompQAP Form

To apply for a CompQAP certification an electronic form must be filled up.
This can be done running the program QAplanner 1.0. This program can be downloaded from the DEP ftp site. SDS has this program installed locally on "Backup".

See the DEP submittal requirements and the installing instructions.

The program creates a file "companyname.qap". This file will have to be submitted on a floppy disk to the DEP QA Section.
Our company's "sds.qap" file is saved on "Backup\\" in my documents folder.

The program is provided with an automatic evaluation system that detects errors and incongruece in the application. Running this evaluation helps in the process.

First of all when you start filling up a form you will have to choose which type of QA Plan you want to adopt. The choice is between adopt, not adopt or partially adopt the DEP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
